To provide up to 1 sub levels on cost item entry

The system is to provide users with the ability when posting budget cost items (except variations and provisional sums) to post to a sub level thus having certain cost items showing as a summary of the sub costs beneath it. The system is to provide for 1 sub levels of cost item posting

Printing of Payment Certificates

A new system report is required for the printing of Project Payment Certificates. This report is applicable to Consultant Licence holders only. Refer to related enhancement for set up of Report Menus

Monthly PCG Report

A new report definition needs to be created for the Monthly PCG report. This report is only applicable to Consultant Licensees. The report encompasses a covering letter to which are attached a number of tabular report sheets that were previously produced in Excel.

Programme Budget Summaries from a template list

Currently the system uses a small subset of standard Budget Summary items as the default when setting up a new Programme. We would like to expand this default list of Budget Summary Items and to allow Admin users to select which summary items will be applied to a new Programme at creation.

Ability to associate non-provisional variations to individual Contract Summary cost items

Non-provisional variations are now able to be associated with a Contract Sum cost item

Change budgets at Cost Item level with audit trail

Budgets can now be set and maintained down to Cost Item level and the system maintains and displays details of the last change applied identifying who made the change and when

Acceptance of User Agreement for all new users

All first time users are now required to accept the system terms and conditions of use before being allowed to proceed with logging into the system

Project - Cashflow

In order to enhance the entry of monthly cashflows, the data entry screen has been updated to include a running total balance showing the funds to be yet allocated to your monthly cashflows.

Certifications - Historical Certification

We now include the ability to ‘Cancel’ a Work Assessment following submission. This can be accessed by viewing the Work Assessment and selecting the ‘Cancel’ option at the bottom of the screen. This only is possible where there are no work assessments for any following certifications.

On performing such a cancellation, an email advice of such with a reminder will be posted to all users in the role of Project Office for this certification.

Certification - Verification

We now include the ability to attach photographs to Certifications during the Verification process.

System now shows the qualitative assessments given at Verification when viewing project summary results in the Regional Summary view for a project from the WebCert Home page. Simply place your cursor over the QU or PR results for the project.

Export

Export option in Reports now includes the ability to select a range of months for which you wish to export your data.

Incomplete Key Documentation

WebCert now sends a reminder to the Project Manager role for all Key Documents that have not yet been uploaded to the system

Programme Summary Report

The Programme Summary Report now includes forecast cost as well as budget along with the Total Forecast Cost as an additional column.

Reports

A new report ‘Variations’ is available to list all Certifications that have variations posted without any Instructions attached.

WebCert Admin Area

The ability to delete an entire project is now provided from the Maintain Projects option for Admin users.

WebCert Admin Area

We now provide the ability for Admin users to import a list of new users in csv or xls file format. Users will still have to be assigned to roles and projects separately.

Print function

The system PRINT option has been enhanced to print to the printer as well as the ability to direct the output of the PRINT to either Excel or WORD in plain text format.

Splitting of variations

It is now possible to “split” any new or existing variation across multiple line items. Previously the system would not allow entries to post to a provisional summary item that already had a variation posted to it. You are now able to post multiple variation cost items to the same provisional summary item and the system will consolidate these when reporting in the Budget Summaries.

Directly Linking help icons to HTML help file subjects

We have updated the online help function to now link directly to the full user guides as web based help files that are fully indexed for searching and easier navigation.

System does not prevent posting cost items to closed certifications

A previous oversight allowed posting of cost items to a closed certification. This has now been closed off.

Cost items total don't align with data columns on closed certifications

We have corrected the layouts for certain data screens where the column headings and totals did not align with the data columns displayed.

Work Assessment not picking up on value of Variations input into the system

Variations for the relevant certification now being correctly included in calculations.

Problems with screen layout of main menu

Minor layout problem has been corrected.

Verification Screen - Incorrect calculations

Issues due to rounding errors in some of the calculations have now been corrected.

PDF option produces a blank page

Performance issues with output of screens to PDF have been addressed.

Budget Summary Item descriptions

The ability to use capitalisation of cost item descriptions now is provided - previously the system was removing capitalisation on all words other than the first.

GUI issue with selecting alt views in drop down list (IE)

This issue only exists in IE. If you are viewing the cost items a budget summary you can click on the down arrow against the summary item name to choose a different item. In IE this is very sensitive - unless you exactly run your mouse vertically exactly

Uploaded instructions file names set incorrectly

We have improved functionality of certain sub option choice menus facilities.

System will not allow posting of cost item with zero cost to date value

We have corrected a previous issue that prevented entry of variations with a zero cost to date value.

Unable to edit variation cost item reason code and notes

The inability to edit the Reason selection or the Notes posted to a variation has now been corrected.

User Guide for ALL environments needs to reference new help guides

The support options now link to the new web based help guides as well as a PDF version of the complete help guides documentation. An additional set of help guides are also now available to ADMIN users from the ADMIN menu area.
