Cashflow Management |
All projects now additionally support management of Construction Cost Cashflows as well as Whole of Project Cashflows. |
| Screen printing | We now provide a "Print Friendly" screen view for all screens that enable you to print through your browser print function any screen viewed in WebCert. This is accessible from the quick menu in the top right corner of your screens. |
| Cashflow Graphs | New graphing software has been included to deliver better styled graphs for all cashflows |
| Printing graphs in reports | All graphs now successfully print in any system report or screen print generated through the "Print Friendly" option. |
| Contingency Fund Management | System controls and processing logic have been improved to deliver tighter control over how Contingency Funds are processed and balances updated. Users are now also able to edit (subject to role permissions) the budget and forecast cost values. |
| Consultant Reports | These have been extensively updated to deliver quality print ready layouts when exported to Word and now including the Cashflow graphs and Contingency KPI graph as appropriate. |
| New report | We now provide the "Programme Financial Summary" report that enables a single report across selected programmes and projects within a client showing ll details of certifications for each. |
| Project Dates | The project start and completion dates can now be changed from the Project Details screen by the project managers. Such changes will be reflected in the Certifications already in place and Cashflow models. |
| Photos | A previous limitation on size of images has been lifted to now allow images of up to 5MB each and the system now identifies any issues with photos that cannot be uploaded. |

The system is to provide users with the ability when posting budget cost items (except variations and provisional sums) to post to a sub level thus having certain cost items showing as a summary of the sub costs beneath it. The system is to provide for 1 sub levels of cost item posting |
Printing of Payment Certificates |
A new system report is required for the printing of Project Payment Certificates. This report is applicable to Consultant Licence holders only. Refer to related enhancement for set up of Report Menus |
Monthly PCG Report |
A new report definition needs to be created for the Monthly PCG report. This report is only applicable to Consultant Licensees. The report encompasses a covering letter to which are attached a number of tabular report sheets that were previously produced in Excel. |
Programme Budget Summaries from a template list |
Currently the system uses a small subset of standard Budget Summary items as the default when setting up a new Programme. We would like to expand this default list of Budget Summary Items and to allow Admin users to select which summary items will be applied to a new Programme at creation. |
Ability to associate non-provisional variations to individual Contract Summary cost items |
Non-provisional variations are now able to be associated with a Contract Sum cost item |
Change budgets at Cost Item level with audit trail |
Budgets can now be set and maintained down to Cost Item level and the system maintains and displays details of the last change applied identifying who made the change and when |

Project - Cashflow |
In order to enhance the entry of monthly cashflows, the data entry screen has been updated to include a running total balance showing the funds to be yet allocated to your monthly cashflows. |

Certifications - Historical Certification |
We now include the ability to ‘Cancel’ a Work Assessment following submission. This can be accessed by viewing the Work Assessment and selecting the ‘Cancel’ option at the bottom of the screen. This only is possible where there are no work assessments for any following certifications. On performing such a cancellation, an email advice of such with a reminder will be posted to all users in the role of Project Office for this certification. |

We now include the ability to attach photographs to Certifications during the Verification process. |

System now shows the qualitative assessments given at Verification when viewing project summary results in the Regional Summary view for a project from the WebCert Home page. Simply place your cursor over the QU or PR results for the project. |

Splitting of variations |
It is now possible to “split” any new or existing variation across multiple line items. Previously the system would not allow entries to post to a provisional summary item that already had a variation posted to it. You are now able to post multiple variation cost items to the same provisional summary item and the system will consolidate these when reporting in the Budget Summaries. |

Directly Linking help icons to HTML help file subjects |
We have updated the online help function to now link directly to the full user guides as web based help files that are fully indexed for searching and easier navigation. |

We have corrected a previous issue that prevented entry of variations with a zero cost to date value. |

The inability to edit the Reason selection or the Notes posted to a variation has now been corrected. |
